Join us for a private, industry-only showcase designed for meeting planners, DMC partners, and hospitality professionals. This high energy evening of bull riding will showcase how the Rose Palace represents and the authentic, alive and unmistakable San Antonio, Texas experience.
For customized meetings, receptions, buyouts, incentive programs, and Western-themed corporate experiences, this legendary venue is available just north of town, in proper Texas Hill Country.

VIP Showcase Reception
4:00-5:30p – A fully styled Clubhouse lounge featuring curated hospitality, light bites, signature drinks, and introductions to Western-themed activation partners. Designed to help planners envision receptions, group activities, and Hill Country corporate experiences.

5:30p – Guests will enjoy reserved seating for bull riding and mutton bustin’ event. VIP seating is limited and reserved for industry guests only.

Please note that the Clubhouse Reception and VIP Viewing Deck are located upstairs and accessible by stairs only. Elevator access is not available. If ground-level accommodations preferred, our team will gladly arrange alternative options.

TRADITIONALLY, we've hosted large scale team roping, barrel racing, ranch rodeo, hunter / jumper, and bull riding events. From beginner to experienced riders—everyone finds a hoof home at the Rose. But, we continue to build unconventional NEW partnerships as well with organizations that produce fitness events, vintage markets, automotive shows, music performances and more.

The San Antonio Rose Palace is a year-round venue for rodeos, horse shows, concerts, vendor markets, and large public gatherings. We are now expanding into Western-inspired corporate events, convention activations, incentive programs, and full Convention Rodeo evenings created exclusively for group clients.
